Late on stage
When I purchased the ticket it said the band will be on stage at 730pm but it took them ONE HOUR between the opener and them coming on stage. No announcement of why they took so long and I know from watching the crew change sets that it only took them a half hour maximum. It was also very hot in the venue and was in the General admission area which was standing only. I probably wouldn't have minded as much if had assigned seats on the floor but with it being hot and standing for 4.5 hours total that night (doors opened at 530pm to 10pm when show ended) it not asking a lot for them to at least announce that there will be a delay!!
